Cabin and Suite rentals have a 2 night minimum -- 3 night minimum on Holidays. Weekly rentals must include a Friday and Saturday in the same weekend. A $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation payable by check, money order or cashiers check. Deposit is due within 7 days of your request or the reservation will be cancelled and the card you guaranteed the reservation with will be charged. Balance is due at check-in and payable by cash, check, or money order.

A credit card is required to make a reservation.
We are now only accepting credit cards to guarantee the reservation and for security deposits.
All rent must be paid for by cash, check, or money order.

Cancellation Policy
After 24 hours of making the reservation...deposits are NON-refundable under any and all circumstances due to the volume of other customers being turned away.You will be subject to 1/2 of the quoted rent and/or a minimum of $100, whichever is greater. Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount less any deposits already paid.

No-show Policy
Anyone making a reservation and does not show up for the reservation will be subject to 1/2 the quoted rent. Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount less any deposit already paid.
