No refunds under any circumstances, including early departures or weather related power outages and acts of GOD.

NO SMOKING IN ALL UNITS. Butts must be properly disposed
of, not in the woods or on the ground. Excess Clean-up Charges will apply.

PETS
Pre-approved Pets Welcome In All Rentals
Limit 2 Pets Per Rental
Dogs must be crate trained - you provide the crate. Dogs must be crated
IF you leave them unattended for any reason or any length of time
and at night when you cannot watch them.
Pets must have up-to-date shots and flee/tick treated
No-show Policy
All no shows are subject to charges equal to
half of quoted rent.
Bad Check Policy
$50 SERVICE FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled without charge
within a 24 hour period after being made.
Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours after being made are subject
to charges equal to half the quoted rent.
