No refunds under any circumstances, including early departures or weather related power outages and acts of GOD.

At the time of arrival, there will be a $250 security deposit "hold" placed on your credit card. This will only be a "hold" on your card, not an actual charge. When you leave and after we clean, if we find no incidents to cause a loss, the "hold" on your card will be removed within 5-10 business days according to your banks policies. If there is an iccident to cause a loss, we will determine what the actual cost (plus labor) would be and the card will be charged accordingly. The loss can be $1 to $250.

SMOKING
NO SMOKING IN ALL UNITS. Butts must be properly disposed of, not in the woods or on the ground. Excess Clean-up Charges will apply. Minimum $35 charge.

PETS
Pre-approved Pets Welcome In All Rentals
Limit 2 Pets Per Rental
Dogs must be crate trained - you provide the crate. Dogs must be crated IF you leave them unattended for any reason or any length of time and at night when you cannot watch them.
Pets must have up-to-date shots and flee/tick treated

No-show Policy
Anyone making a reservation and does not show up for the reservation will be subject to 1/2 the quoted rent. Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount less any deposit already paid.

Bad Check Policy
$50 SERVICE FEE ON ALL RETURNED CHECKS.

Cancellation Policy
After 24 hours of making the reservation...deposits are NON-refundable under any and all circumstances due to the volume of other customers being turned away.You will be subject to 1/2 of the quoted rent and/or a minimum of $100, whichever is greater. Your credit card on file will be charged the full amount less any deposits already paid.
